Can I use the same account as both a student/parent and a tutor?

Every MatchMax account starts in Learning Mode. Click Become a Tutor in your account header to activate Teaching Mode alongside your existing profile. You can switch between the two from the header toggle at any time, without losing data or verified hours.

What carries over when you activate Teaching Mode:

• Your login, name, and contact details stay exactly the same.
• Your verified learning hours, if you have any, stay on your record.
• Your tutor listing is managed separately, so you can pause it later without touching your learning side.

Teaching Mode gives you the tutor tools: your public listing, case applications, lesson scheduling, and the admin-fee workflow. Learning Mode keeps your bookings, children's profiles, and materials library.
