I am a student booking for myself. Why do I see options for children?

MatchMax supports independent students and parents on the same platform, so the account shows both paths.

By default you book under Myself: your request, your lessons, your tutor. Nothing else is needed.

Parents click + Add a Child on the Account page to create a separate learner sub-profile for each child. Each child keeps their own tutors, lessons, and progress notes, all managed from one login, so a family with three children never mixes three learning histories.

Tutors automatically see whether they are speaking with a parent or directly with a student, so communication is tailored from the first message.
