Account, roles & profiles
- Can I use the same account as both a student/parent and a tutor?Yes. Every account starts in Learning Mode; activating Teaching Mode adds tutor tools on top of the same login, with no second email and no lost data.
- I am a student booking for myself. Why do I see options for children?MatchMax supports independent students and parents on the same platform. By default you book under Myself; parents add a Child Profile per child on the Account page.
- Can I pause my tutor profile while keeping my student/parent account active?Yes. Set your tutor listing to Paused in Settings; your Learning Mode account, bookings, and verified hours stay fully active.
